JULY 2012 - PINTO GATHERING

Solving the problems of the world!
Forever Friends
The Friends met again to enjoy the beauty and quiet of Pinto.  This year was a little somber as we are gathering without one of our dear friends, Suzi Nicholson.  She was the always the life of the party and so interested in each of us and our families.  She will be missed not just here at Pinto - but always by her family and her group of  forever friends.

Memorial Day 2012

I arranged some flowers to decorate the graves of my parents ( T. Lavoy Esplin and Phoebe Lytle) and my maternal Grandparents (George Lytle and Rachel Lucinda Pace).  The flowers were beautiful  and it was a pleasure to have Lisa accompany me as we walked through both the Tonaquint Cemetery and the St. George City Cemetery.  We also placed flowers at the graves of our sweet Sara Baker and the grandchildren of my sister Jane, Aubry Campbell and the Felstead twins.

I was able to relate stories of other relatives, friends and neighbors as be pasted each grave site.  It is interested to think of the many people who have gone before me - who have had such an influence in my life.  Growing up in St. George was a wonderful experience! I knew almost everyone in town and everyone knew me or who I belonged to.  I felt very safe and very loved by a large community family.
